Are you running the race of faith?
What’s slowing you down?
Who’s encouraging you to keep going?
Who are you encouraging to keep going?
Are you keeping your eyes on Jesus or is something else distracting you?
Is something robbing you of joy?
Are you resisting sin?
Can you hear Jesus calling you to finish the race?
Can you feel Jesus empowering you to finish?
Will you look to Jesus to help you finish this race?
Hebrews 12:1-2:
Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
