Job Description Summary:

The role of Executive Pastor at Bend City Church is to steward the systems, resources, and organization of the church for the health and benefit of the church body. His position will oversee the cohesiveness of the varying functions within the different ministries offered at Bend City, work with the team of Elders and ministry leaders on the day to day function of the church, develop and oversee a yearly budget, supervise management of the physical building and premises, manage non-pastoral staff employees, and lead volunteers who support the church body.
Applicants should consider if his Christian beliefs align with the vision and policies of Bend City Church, including its Statement of Faith. He will need to be an active and productive partner at Bend City Church while also developing a consistent and fruitful personal faith in Christ. Key qualities necessary for Executive Pastor candidates include being a highly administrative leader who is team oriented, having a keen understanding of finance and budgeting, the ability to adjust to new seasons and circumstances, and willingness to take direction from the Lead Pastor.

This is a full-time, salaried position.  Salary may be negotiated based on experience in Christian ministry and other qualifications.
